Shipping & delivery

We offer free standard shipping on EU orders over €500 and free express shipping on EU orders over €800. 

For standard shipping on EU orders below €500, we offer rates of €25. 

For express shipping on EU orders below €800, we offer rates of €50.

We offer free international express shipping on orders outside the EU over €900. At the moment we can only offer express shipping on orders outside the EU, we offer rates of €50.

Typically, deliveries within the EU arrive within 48 hours with express shipping on working business days (Mon-Fri), and within 5 days with standard shipping. For shipments outside the EU, deliveries arrive anywhere between 48-72h on working business days.

Please note that delivery charges do not include tax or import costs for orders outside EU and shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and will refund your purchase within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.  In order to be accepted, returned items must be unworn and returned in the same packaging, including hangtags and you must include your receipt. Jewelry can only be returned if the item is still in the plastic bag they came in, with an unbroken seal. All refunds are reimbursed back to the payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that items sold as archive pieces or discounted items sold on end-of-season sale are final sale and can not be returned. Unless the order is placed from an EU customer, then regular return terms apply.

For orders shipped within the EU, a prepaid return label and a return instruction sheet with a link to the return form are included in the parcel. The online form must be completed prior to sending the item. If the form has not been submitted and the item is received, Avavav will contact the customer before initiating any refund. 

A flat return fee is deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or issue attributable to Avavav. The return fee for orders within Scandinavia is 90 SEK, 90 DKK, or 90 NOK, depending on the currency used at checkout. For orders from other EU countries, the fee is €9. For orders from the United Kingdom, the fee is £9. For orders from the United States and other countries in the Americas, the fee is $100. For returns from Asia, the fee is also $100. For returns from Oceania, the fee is $140 AUD. For returns from Africa, the fee is $50 USD. 

For orders placed outside the EU, the return form must be completed online before a return label can be issued. Once the form is submitted, the customer will receive a prepaid return label via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the item is confirmed to be defective. Avavav does not refund the original shipping cost unless the return results from an error or defect attributable to Avavav. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If an item is deemed defective or not in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs and the original shipping fee.
