We offer free standard shipping within the EU on orders over €500, and free express shipping on orders over €800. For EU orders below these thresholds, standard shipping is €20 and express shipping is €45. For orders outside the EU, we currently offer express shipping only. International express shipping is free on orders over €900; for orders below €900, the shipping fee is €45.
Estimated delivery times are:
EU express: approximately 1–2 business days
EU standard: approximately 5 business days
Outside the EU: approximately 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Duties & taxes
Orders outside the EU are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
Any such charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment may be required before your shipment can be delivered. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.
Shipping restrictions
We currently do not ship to: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City, Belarus, the Philippines or Russia.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, complete our online return form before sending your item back. Once your return has been registered, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Please allow a few days for your return to reach us. Once received, it may take up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and your refund to be processed. If we receive a return that has not been registered through the return form, we will contact you before processing the refund.
Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all hangtags attached. Please also include the order note in the package.
Jewelry can only be returned in its original plastic bag with the seal unbroken. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Sale & archive items
Archive pieces and end-of-season sale items are final sale where permitted by applicable law. For customers with a statutory right of withdrawal, including consumers in the EU, applicable statutory return rights remain unaffected.
Return fees
A flat return shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part:
Scandinavia: 90 SEK / 90 DKK / 90 NOK, depending on the currency used at checkout
Other EU countries: €20
United Kingdom: £45
United States & the Americas: $45
Asia: $45
Oceania: $80 AUD
Africa: $45 USD
Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, any original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by applicable law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, any additional cost above the standard delivery charge may not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at cliente@avavav.com with your order details, photos and a description of the issue.
Where the item is confirmed to be defective or the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost and refund the original shipping charge where appropriate.
Nothing in this returns policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
